The CEO of the National Iranian Oil Company announced that the drilling of 35 wells in the South Pars field with a credit of one billion and 170 million dollars, with the aim of increasing productivity and maintaining gas production, was handed over to four Iranian drilling, exploration and production companies.

According to Energy Press, citing the information base of the National Iranian Oil Company, the drilling of 35 in-field wells in the South Pars common field with the aim of increasing productivity, maintaining and maintaining production from this field in one place and in the form of four contracts to Four Iranian drilling, exploration and production companies were handed over.
According to Mohsen Khojste Mehr, the drilling of 35 wells in the field of South Pars will be done by spending one billion and 170 million dollars in a period of about three years and under the supervision of Pars Oil and Gas Company as the employer.
The Deputy Oil Minister added: Handing over this huge project to domestic contractors will, on the one hand, help the development of the gas industry, maintain the production and economic growth of the country, and on the other hand, it will create employment and improve domestic capabilities.
