When will the removal of the car fuel card be decided?

According to Energy Press, Reza Nawaz, regarding the program of depositing fuel into a bank card instead of a fuel card, stated: Based on the parliament’s resolution in the budget law, it is expected that the issue of eliminating the car fuel card and allocating subsidies to individual bank cards will be determined in the first quarter of 1404.
He added: Based on technical studies and previous plans implemented on a trial basis, the parliament has concluded that individual bank cards should be used to manage fuel subsidies and there is no need for fuel cards.
The spokesman for the country’s parking lot owners’ association stated: The current structure was created in previous years and has had some success at times, but in the current conditions of the country, it needs changes and updates, so the plan to use a bank card has been proposed.
He continued: Making changes in the targeted distribution of fuel subsidies requires the consensus of all relevant agencies and the private sector so that the plan is not complicated and can be implemented, and is not developed and approved solely based on theoretical data.
