2- Increasing the share of railways in the movement of cargo and passengers by increasing the efficiency of the rail network and bringing the average distance of freight trains to about 800 km during the day and night; As a result of the actions of paragraphs 2 and 3, the imbalance in the production and consumption of diesel and gasoline will be eliminated, and we will even have the ability to become an exporter of gasoline and diesel. The above programs will be realized by increasing the sale of oil and using the social capital of the government. The above goals can only be realized by the president who has a high social capital.

3- Attracting foreign and domestic investment in order to reach the production of 5 to 7 million barrels of oil and become the largest oil exporter in the region (by lifting sanctions and attracting investment and new technologies).

4- Attracting domestic and foreign investment needed to increase pressure in the joint oil fields currently in operation

5- Attracting domestic and foreign investment needed to exploit all common gas fields and increase production in common fields currently in operation.

6- Creating the necessary incentives to diversify home heating methods and reduce reliance on natural gas and bring the share of gas in home heating in big cities to about half of the current situation with the aim of ensuring security of energy supply, reducing air pollution caused by consumption Gas and sustainable energy supply for industries and gas supply for power plants
