Naturally, we must use the capacity of foreign engineering companies that have good experiences in this field. Dehghani added: Various proposals have been made from medium-sized and small-name companies that are in the evaluation stage. It is possible that domestic capacities are not less than these. Therefore, no agreement has been made with foreign companies yet. If a first-class foreign company proposes cooperation, we will definitely and immediately agree with it and use its advanced and basic engineering capacities.
