He continued: Priorities have been planned for the oil industry in the 13th government, and one of the most important priorities has been investing in key projects.
The Minister of Oil emphasized: Investments in maintaining and maintaining production, increasing oil and gas production, increasing production from common fields, collecting flare gases, storing natural gas, developing the exploration of new oil and gas fields, increasing the refining capacities of oil and petroleum products, building refineries. , improving the quality of oil products in existing refineries, increasing the production capacity of petrochemical products and increasing gas production in gas refineries have been key issues and investment projects of the oil industry in the 13th government.
Oji pointed out that in this government, 132 projects, which were mainly upstream and downstream projects of the oil industry, were completed and put into operation. To be effective in the growth of oil and gas production.
He added: We also defined 50 new projects for new investment worth 47.5 billion dollars, and a total of 182 projects worth 76 billion dollars are underway in the oil industry with the aim of increasing production capacity upstream and downstream.

Oji clarified: Some of these projects, such as the construction of South Pars Phase 14 Refinery, had taken more than 14 years and had a progress of 50 to 70%, but they were not completed, but the development of these projects accelerated in the 13th government.
He stated that most of the half-finished projects that had been left on the ground for years were summarized and put into operation in this government, he said: Phase 11 was put into operation in the South Pars joint field, where 70% of the country’s gas is supplied from this tank, which is almost zero to 100 It was done in this government, as well as the construction of South Pars phase 14 refinery, an important part of which was completed in the 13th government, is one of the other actions of the Ministry of Oil in the South Pars common field. Among other measures to increase gas production from the South Pars common field, we can mention the completion of the new phase 16 pipeline.
The oil minister added: 50 million cubic meters more gas is produced in South Pars today than at the beginning of the 13th government.
Pointing out that in the field of oil fields, an increase in production has also been achieved in the 13th government, Oji continued: Oil production has reached 3.4 million barrels from 2.1 million barrels at the beginning of the 13th government.
