The Statistics Center announced that GDP growth was driven by oil
According to a report by the Statistical Center of Iran, in the first 6 months of this year, we witnessed a 4% economic growth in gross domestic product with oil.

According to Energy Press, citing the Statistical Center of Iran, the aforementioned results indicate that in the first 6 months of 1403, the agricultural group of activities grew by 2.9 percent, the industries and mines group by 5.3 percent (including crude oil and natural gas extraction by 8.8, other mines by 1.5, industry by 1.3, natural gas distribution by 15.2, water and electricity supply by 2.3, and construction by 0.3 percent), and the services group by 2.5 percent compared to the first 6 months of 1402.
According to the latest results of the quarterly national accounts, the gross domestic product (GDP) at constant prices of 1400 in the first 6 months of 1403 reached 50.691 trillion rials with oil and 38.374 trillion rials excluding oil, while in the same period of the previous year the aforementioned figure was 48.727 trillion rials with oil and 37.405 trillion rials without oil, indicating a 4% growth in the gross domestic product with oil (at basic prices) and 2.6% in the gross domestic product without oil (at basic prices) in the first 6 months of 1403.
