The share of the household sector in gas consumption reached 73 percent

According to Energy Press, Seyyed Hassan Mousavi stated on Tuesday (January 18) regarding the amount of gas consumption in the domestic, commercial and small industries sectors: Out of the 871 million cubic meters of total gas consumed in the country, 636 million cubic meters were allocated to the domestic, commercial and small industries sectors.
He continued: The amount of gas consumption in the domestic, commercial and small industries sectors yesterday was 73 percent of the total gas delivered to the network, which is an 11 percent increase compared to the same day last year.
5 percent reduction in gas in the domestic sector with the implementation of the “2 degrees less” campaign
The spokesman for the National Iranian Gas Company also mentioned yesterday in a group of reporters the implementation of the “2 degrees less” campaign by the order of the President and stated: This campaign has so far led to a 5 percent reduction in gas in the domestic sector.
Mousavi continued: Consumption of 715 million cubic meters in the domestic, commercial and small industries sectors was predicted for the first week of January, but consumption in this sector decreased and reached 671 million cubic meters.
