The production of the largest petrochemical holding in the Persian Gulf will exceed 30 million tons per year

According to the Public Relations Department of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company, the Extraordinary General Assembly of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company was held today, March 16, with the presence of 81.89 percent of the shareholders, the CEO of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company, the vice presidents and managers of this group, and with the agenda of increasing the capital by 25 hemati from the accumulated profits in the conference hall of the Holding Headquarters.
At the beginning of the assembly, Saeed Khoshrou was elected as the chairman, Salahshouri as the representative of Shaham Adalat and the first supervisor, Abedzadeh as the representative of TAPICO and the second supervisor, Izadpanahi, the auditor, Zamani as the representative of the Stock Exchange, and Panahian as the company’s financial deputy, and the secretary as the board of directors of the assembly.
After the establishment of the assembly’s members, Mohammad Shariatmadari, CEO of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company, stated at the beginning that the company has maintained its growing trend and said: “We witness an increase in production at the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company every year, and according to the assembly’s resolution, we are seeking to exceed 30 million tons of production per year.”
