The price of Iranian heavy oil decreased

According to Energy Press, the latest oil market report of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) showed that the price of Iranian heavy oil reached 91.55 per barrel in October, which is three dollars and eight cents equivalent to 3.3% compared to the price of 94 .63 in September, there was a decrease. The average price of Iranian heavy oil since the beginning of 2023 has been 83.31 dollars compared to the average of 103.9 dollars in the same period of 2022.
The value of the OPEC oil basket reached $91.78 per barrel in October, down $2.83 or three percent from $94.60 in September. However, the average value of the OPEC oil basket since the beginning of 2023 reached 83.11 dollars per barrel, which compared to the average of 103.13 dollars in the same period last year, 20.2 dollars equal to 19.4% decrease.
