According to Energy Press, the Public Relations of IRGC’s 3rd Maritime Region announced the seizure of an oil tanker carrying more than 700,000 liters of smuggled oil under the flag of Togo and 9 crew members in the northern waters of the Persian Gulf by the order of a judicial authority.

Brings to the awareness of the noble nation and the hero of Islamic Iran, thanks to the grace of God, with the nobility and careful intelligence monitoring of the fighters of the third region of the Imam Hussein (AS) Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, on the morning of Friday, August 5, 1403, an oil tanker with the brand name Pearl G and the flag of an African country Togo and the personal property of an Iraqi living in Dubai, UAE, in the north of the Persian Gulf, near the Arash oil field, while loading smuggled fuel from Iranian barges, was seized by the order of the judicial authority.
