The first major overhaul period in Phase 11 of South Pars was successfully implemented

According to the Public Relations Department of Pars Oil and Gas Company, Mohammad Reza Rajaei announced this news and said: Simultaneously with the start of the major repairs of the gas platforms of the South Pars Joint Field, the implementation of the major repairs of the SPD11B platform for the first time since its operation, with the cooperation of all project elements in the employer and contractor sectors, began on May 16, 2019, with the receipt of a ten-day stoppage permit from the National Iranian Oil Company, and simultaneously with the repairs of the 9th refinery of the South Pars Gas Complex Company.
He pointed out that Petropars Company, as the contractor for the development and operation of Phase 11 of South Pars, had developed and implemented a comprehensive plan for the timely implementation of major repairs to the SPD11B platform since last year, adding: Replacing tank anodes, inspecting and repairing the power supply (UPS), servicing control valves and disconnecting and connecting current, servicing the control system, replacing oil and filters in the Well Control Panel (WHCP), and servicing measuring instruments were among the most important activities carried out in these repairs, the engineering and procurement of which had begun months ago.
