The Executive Plan for Oil Financial Transparency was reviewed by the Seventh Program’s Steering Council

According to Energy Press, according to the information base of the First Vice President, Mohammad Reza Aref, at the meeting of the Steering Council of the Seventh Progress Program, which was held today (Monday, August 4) with the presence of the heads of the Planning and Budget Organization and Administrative and Employment Affairs, the Ministers of Oil, Justice, Economic and Finance Affairs, the Secretary of the Cabinet, the Government Spokesperson, the Deputy President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, and the Chairman of the Government Information Council, emphasized the need for transparency in formulating this year’s budget.
In the continuation of this meeting, the executive plan for transparency of the revenues and expenses of the National Iranian Oil Company, subject to Article 119, Part 18, as well as the determination of the government’s debts to the Social Security Organization, municipalities, the Khatam al-Anbia Construction Headquarters, and similar matters, subject to Article 17, Article 119 of the Seventh Program Law, was presented, discussed, and decisions were made.
