The Energy Commission reviewed the establishment of a headquarters to address energy imbalances
The spokesman for the Energy Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly announced that the establishment of a headquarters to resolve energy imbalances was discussed in the commission's meeting, saying: "The members of the headquarters to resolve the country's energy imbalances should consist of deputies and senior officials from relevant agencies and ministries, and experts will be placed alongside them as advisors."

According to Energy Press, Jalil Mokhtar stated that in the meeting of the Energy Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly on Sunday evening (March 25), the issue of establishing a headquarters to eliminate the country’s energy imbalance was discussed with the presence of the CEO of the National Iranian Gas Company, the CEO of Tavanir Company, the Deputy Minister of Planning for the Ministry of Energy, the Deputy Minister of Communications and the Head of the Information Technology Organization, the Head of Energy Affairs of the Planning and Budget Organization, and other officials. He pointed out the election of Ramzan Ali Sangdevini, Deputy Chairman of the Energy Commission, as the head of this headquarters, adding: In this meeting, the invited officials presented their proposals for the formation of this headquarters and emphasized that the members of this headquarters should consist of the relevant deputies of the departments and ministries, and experts will be placed alongside them as advisors. Also, the regulations developed by the Energy Commission should be finalized and presented as soon as possible.
