The electricity of Iran’s industries will increase by 10%
CEO of Iranian Electricity Production, Transmission and Distribution Management Company (Tavanir) said: Based on the planning, we are trying to increase the energy delivered to industries by 10%.

According to Energy Press, Mustafa Rajabi Mashhadi added about the power supply plans of the industrial sector: Last year, electricity consumption in the country’s industrial sector increased by 6 percent compared to 2021, which was 14 percent for large industries.

He continued: Based on the planning during the peak summer period, more than 90% of industrial subscribers who form industrial workshops and trade-industrial units will not be subject to consumption management programs, and in industrial towns 6 days a week without produce restrictions and the implementation period has been reduced to moving with one day off or Friday per week.

The spokesperson of the electricity industry pointed out: For large industries, planning based on the production chain has been arranged with the coordination of the colleagues of the Ministry of Security in such a way that they will have minimum consumption during peak hours and transfer the consumption to low load hours.
