The diesel quota allocation plan will be started on a trial basis

The diesel quota allocation plan will be started on a trial basis
The scheme of allocating diesel quota based on the distance between the origin and the destination and in accordance with the bill of lading will be implemented only at the fuel supply stations located on the route on a trial basis from June.

According to Energy Press, in order to prevent fuel diversion and issuance of fake bills of lading, the oil and gas allocation plan based on online shipping documents will be operational from the beginning of next month.

Jafar Salari Nasab, CEO of Mollai Petroleum Products Distribution Company, considered the existence of fake bills of lading for sale outside the fuel system as a problem for fuel supply management and said: by using the oil and gas allocation system based on online shipping documents, diesel vehicles can only be driven on the route specified in the bill of lading it is possible to refuel and outside of this route, they cannot use their fuel card.

He continued: We predict that up to 5 million liters of oil and gas diversion will be prevented daily by using this system, which will start from June.
