The seventh meeting of the heads of the Assembly of Gas Exporting Countries (GECF) ended its work with the publication of a statement in Al Jazeera, Algeria.

The oil minister said: At the same time as the air temperature dropped sharply and the country's gas supply network continued, the national oil refining and distribution companies distributed more than 132 million liters of gasoline during the recent holidays.

A member of the Energy Commission of the Islamic Council stated: With the high speed of action that the managers of the country's oil and gas industry had in the terrorist explosion of the national gas transmission lines, the enemy was not able to create a disruption in the gas supply to the people.

The Dispatching Manager of the National Gas Company of Iran said: The repair of the nationwide gas pipelines in Borujen and Safashehr, which were damaged by the terrorist explosion, was successfully completed and these lines became operational.

The head of the country's gas management center said: Gas consumption in the domestic, commercial and non-major industries sectors reached 612 million cubic meters in the last 24 hours.

Stating that 851 million cubic meters of gas were injected into the country's national network today, the oil minister said: This figure was unprecedented and is considered a record in this field.
