A bilateral memorandum of understanding on the localization of catalysts needed by the oil industry was signed between an Iranian knowledge-based company and a Russian company with the aim of transferring technology and localization of catalysts needed by the oil industry.

Jalil Sobhani was the manager of “Spec” company before the self-sufficiency mission in Catalyst; A company that supplies equipment for the country’s oil industry. He is a graduate of the University of Science and Technology and is from Shazand.
