Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the National Oil Company and Zagros to Control Flare Gases
A memorandum of understanding between the National Iranian Oil Company and Zagros Petrochemical Company for the implementation of the Salman platform flare gas collection project was held and signed on the last day of the International Oil Industry Exhibition.
According to Energy Press, on the sidelines of the 29th International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition, a signing ceremony was held between the National Iranian Oil Company and Zagros Petrochemical Company to implement the Salman Platform Flare Gas Collection Project.
This memorandum of understanding aims to reduce environmental pollutants, optimize the use of hydrocarbon resources, and encourage private sector investment in oil industry infrastructure projects.
The memorandum of understanding was signed in the presence of Amir Moghiseh, Investment Director of the National Iranian Oil Company, and Matin Didari, CEO of Zagros Petrochemical Company.
