Significant increase in liquid fuel deliveries to power plants in the last 4 months
The significant increase in the production and delivery of liquid fuel in the last four months, with careful and strategic management, has allowed the cold days of this year to pass with a stable supply of power plant fuel, without serious challenges in the country's energy supply.

According to Energy Press, in the current situation, the sustainable and timely supply of the country’s required fuels, especially oil and gas, furnace oil and gasoline, is one of the main pillars of maintaining economic stability and energy supply in Iran. Therefore, the 14th government, through optimal management and implementation of various plans, has taken effective steps in line with increasing the production capacity of fuels and meeting domestic needs. This report, by analyzing the changes in the production of these fuels in 1403 and comparing it with the first five months of 1403, examines the effects of these measures and the role of the government in this field. Oil and gas is one of the vital fuels in various sectors of industry and transportation and is consumed in many machinery and power plants. Since its consumption is significantly high in many industrialized countries, the sustainable production and supply of this fuel is considered one of the key challenges in energy management. In the first five months of 1403, power plant oil and gas production was 111.2 million liters, but in December, the amount of this fuel production increased by about 12 percent to 124.1 million liters per day.
This increase of 13 million liters in oil and gas production in the four-month period of the establishment of the 14th government is considered one of the significant achievements in this sector, and this increase in production has been achieved in line with the efforts of the 14th government to improve the capacity of refineries, resolve infrastructure problems, and increase productivity in the production process.
Studies show that power plant oil and gas production in December this year, in addition to exceeding the announced plan of the Ministry of Oil (111.3 million liters per day), has increased by more than 10 percent compared to December 1402 (112 million liters per day).
Therefore, the average daily oil and gas production from the beginning of Shahrivar to the end of Azar 1403 reached 117 million liters, which is an increase of more than 5 percent compared to the same period last year with an average production of 111 million liters, and an increase of more than 10 percent compared to the same period in 1401 with an average production of 106 million liters.
