Significant increase in gasoline consumption in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari
The director of the National Oil Products Distribution Company in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari region announced an 8.3% increase in gasoline consumption in the first five months of this year.

According to the Energy Press report, citing the National Oil Products Distribution Company of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari region, Sasan Timuri added: This amount of increase in gasoline consumption was recorded in the period from April 1st to August 30th this year, compared to the same period last year in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari. And during this period, the average daily consumption of gasoline in the province has been more than 125,000 liters.
He continued: Oil and gas consumption has decreased by 1% in five months of this year compared to the same period last year, and during this period, more than 118 million liters of oil and gas have been supplied to consumers.
The director of the National Oil Products Distribution Company of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari region stated: In August 1403, gasoline consumption in the province increased by 9.6% and oil gas by 6.9% compared to 1402.
Timuri considered the increase in inter-provincial traffic and the welcoming of summer travelers to natural excursions due to the favorable weather of this province in the hot seasons of the year as the main reason for the increase in gasoline consumption in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari provinces.
He stated that all citizens should pay attention to the safety issues of taking care of their personal fuel card while refueling and refrain from lending it to others, adding: Citizens should insert the card into the card reader at the fuel supply station and perform the transaction. And always be careful with the chip of your fuel card and if you see any scratches or tampering on it, do not use the card and proceed to issue a copy by visiting +10 police offices.
