Saving 1.7 billion cubic meters of gas in the petrochemical industry over the last four years
The Director of Energy Consumption Optimization at the National Petrochemical Industries Company announced that 1.7 billion cubic meters of gas have been saved by implementing optimization projects in the last four years.

According to Energy Press, Ali Rabbani today (Monday, September 14) stated at the closing ceremony of the 10% energy consumption reduction campaign, stating that the petrochemical industry has 73 production complexes and three utility units with a total nominal capacity of 96.6 million tons, and stated: High energy consumption in the domestic and commercial sectors during the cold season causes restrictions on the petrochemical industry’s feedstock, and this affects the creation of added value in the petrochemical industry. He emphasized the need for cooperation between all regulatory agencies and various sectors to help eliminate the imbalance and stated: If the 10% reduction campaign continues for five years, it will become a cultural change in consumption patterns.
