Saeed Tavakoli: Gas supply continued without disruption during recent attacks
The CEO of the National Iranian Gas Company said: "During the recent attacks, by carrying out more than 6,000 operations, the complete stability of the country's gas network was maintained and there was no disruption in the supply of gas to consumers."

According to Energy Press, citing the National Iranian Gas Company, Saeed Tavakoli, on Tuesday (July 8) in a live program on Radio Eqtesad, offered condolences on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein and his companions, as well as commemorating the martyrs of the 12-day war, and explained the company’s measures to maintain the stability of the gas network during the recent attacks by the Zionist regime on our country, stating: About 73 percent of the country’s energy portfolio is supplied by natural gas, and during the hot season, a significant portion of the country’s gas is used to meet the needs of power plants.
He continued: During the 12-day war, the country’s gas infrastructure was targeted by numerous attacks, including the South Pars Phase 14 refinery in Assaluyeh, the Fajrjam refinery, export pipelines, and some intracity facilities.
The CEO of the National Iranian Gas Company, emphasizing the complete readiness of the company to face emergency situations, reminded: From the very first seconds, urgent and targeted measures were taken throughout the network to prevent the slightest disruption in the supply of gas to consumers, especially in large cities. According to reports registered in the Crisis Headquarters and 194 centers across the country, more than 6,000 heavy operations were carried out, including changing the arrangement of valves, stabilizing the network, controlling and cooling, and extinguishing fires. In some cases, these operations were recorded in the shortest possible time and with international standards.
