Persian Gulf Holding’s Extraordinary Ordinary General Assembly was held
The Esteghlal Club held an extraordinary ordinary general assembly and approved the club's financial statements for the year ending July 31, 2024.

According to Energy Press, citing the public relations of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company, the extraordinary ordinary general assembly of Esteghlal Cultural and Sports Club Company was held today with the attendance of 85.04 percent of shareholders and chaired by Ali Tajernia.
The members of the assembly, Mohammad Shaygan, first observer – representative of Tondgoyan Petrochemical Company, Hadi Taghizadeh, second observer – representative of Pars Petrochemical Company, Ali Nazari Jooybari, CEO of Esteghlal Club – secretary of the assembly, Zafari, representative of the Iranian Over-the-Counter Exchange Organization and the independent auditor were present at the meeting, and the result was the approval of the financial statements for the year ending on July 31, 1403.
Also, in this meeting, transactions subject to Article 129 of the amendment to a part of the Commercial Law were approved.
Ali Tajernia, the authorized representative of the Persian Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company and the chairman of Esteghlal’s board of directors, stated in this meeting that the ownership of Esteghlal has been transferred to Persian Gulf Holding since May 1403, and said: “We do not have a successful experience of numerous management changes in football, and this prevents us from engaging in infrastructure work.”
