Oil Minister: Sustainable liquid fuel provided for power plants

According to Energy Press, Mohsen Paknejad said today (Monday, January 5) in a live TV broadcast with Khabar Sare 2:00: Today was a good opportunity to be present at one of the South Pars platforms as a token of appreciation for the efforts and efforts of my colleagues in the field of operations and to closely follow the gas production mechanism.
Pointing out that the daily gas production record of 725 million cubic meters was broken in South Pars in recent days, he added: Our dear people were able to record this record with their selfless efforts and we provided a major part of the gas needed by the domestic, commercial and small industries from this joint field.
Increasing gas production by reconstructing damaged rows of Fajr Jam
The Minister of Oil stated that two of the eight rows of the Fajr Jam refinery were hit during the 12-day war, and continued: In a jihad-like move and in less than 6 months, experts and specialists from the National Iranian Gas Company and the Fajr Jam refinery were able to bring these rows back into production and practically add 12 to 13 million cubic meters to the gas network production.
Paknejad stated: In these days when, to some extent, due to the cold weather, we need to manage the delivery of gas to various consumption sectors, this amount of gas can play an effective role in the stability of the gas network.
He referred to the Phase 14 refinery and, stating that we are currently heading to this refinery, said: The reconstruction operation of the row of this refinery that was hit during the 12-day war is being carried out rapidly, and God willing, that refinery will also be back in production within a short time frame.
Delivery of 3.5 billion cubic meters of additional gas to power plants
The Minister of Oil stated that in relation to the supply of gas to power plants, we have delivered 3.5 billion cubic meters of additional gas to power plants since the beginning of this year, adding: We were also able to deliver more gas to power plants than the commitment made for these days of the year.
Paknejad emphasized: Given the change in the amount of gas delivered to power plants and in order to be able to provide electricity, liquid fuel has been provided to power plants in appropriate and stable volumes so that our dear compatriots do not face problems and hardships due to the supply of electricity in a situation where gas consumption in the domestic, commercial and small industrial sectors has increased, and their electricity needs are fully provided.
