New solutions for financing petrochemicals on the verge of being finalized

According to Energy Press, citing the National Petrochemical Company, Ahmad Mahdavi Abhari stated today (Wednesday, September 25) at the 33rd meeting of CEOs of petrochemical production complexes, emphasizing the government’s support for the petrochemical industry as the pulse of the country’s development: “With the cooperation and interaction of the National Petrochemical Company, a very desirable synergy has been formed among industry activists, and we are seriously seeking to resolve the industry’s problems.” He stated that by holding joint meetings between the National Petrochemical Company and the Petrochemical Industry Employers’ Association, very good achievements have been made so far to facilitate the activities of petrochemical complexes, and added: “New solutions for financing petrochemical complexes, including the issuance of sukuk bonds, will soon be finalized.”
