New buyers of Iranian oil

New buyers of Iranian oil
Citing shipping sources and data, Reuters claimed in a report that Iran has found new buyers for its crude oil and that the country's oil shipments have been sent to Oman and Bangladesh.

Earlier this year, oil tankers were spotted and tracked near ports in Bangladesh and Oman, Energy Press reported, based on available shipping data.
It has recently been estimated that Iran’s oil production has risen to its highest level since 2018 despite the US sanctions.
Javad Oji – Iran’s oil minister announced last month that Tehran currently exports its oil to 17 countries. Iran has turned gas condensate (very light oil) into an added value by exporting more of it.
Iran’s crude oil production averaged 3.22 million barrels per day in July, the highest output since 2018, according to Reuters monthly survey findings released last week.
According to the Minister of Oil, Iran has managed to increase its oil production by 60% from 2.2 million barrels per day when the 13th government took office in 2021, to 3.6 million barrels per day currently. . Iran has also increased its annual oil revenue from $9 billion in 2020 to $28.4 billion.
