New and strategic decisions by the Ministry of Oil to support employees’ homeownership
The Deputy for Management and Human Capital Development at the Ministry of Oil, emphasizing the need for a needs assessment of the housing sector for both active and retired employees covered by the Ministry of Oil's housing plan, stated: The process of forming the Ministry of Oil's cooperative has been completed.
According to Energy Press, Sadighe Khazaee, in an interview with Shana news reporter, referring to the study and analysis conducted in the field of housing for active and retired employees covered by the Ministry of Oil’s housing savings plan, emphasized: A significant portion the monthly salaries of oil industry employees allocated to housing. Therefore, to the process of homeownership for active retired employees covered, it was decided follow housing plans by utilizing supportive tools such as forming housing cooperatives.
She added: This cooperative has been established the national level and for all employees retirees as the executing agent of the bylaw of the housing plan.
