National Oil Company fully prepared to supply winter gas

According to Energy Press, Hamid Borde today (Sunday, November 8) on the sidelines of the National Iranian Oil Company’s board of directors meeting in Assaluyeh with the aim of reviewing the latest production status and readiness for the country’s winter gas supply, referring to the importance of preparation for the cold season, said: “With the planning that has been done based on last year’s experiences, this year we are fortunately entering the winter season with more precision and coherence.” He added: “Regular meetings and continuous follow-ups by the Minister of Oil have led us to take this path with greater readiness than last year.” Stating that the Assaluyeh region supplies more than 70 percent of the country’s gas, the Deputy Minister of Oil stated: “In this meeting, executive plans, major repairs, and necessary forecasts were reviewed so that we can welcome the winter with more complete readiness.”
