Minister of Oil: The energy crisis is the achievement of many years and requires the passage of time / We currently have no plan to increase the price of gasoline

According to the report of Energy Press, Mohsen Paknejad, on the sidelines of the meeting of the government delegation in the group of journalists, referring to the issue of energy imbalance, stated: The issue of energy imbalance is a debate that should be investigated from various aspects. Part of this dissatisfaction comes back to the production mechanisms of energy carriers, which must be increased. Naturally, in relation to the increase in production, we are facing challenges, especially in the field of providing financial resources, which measures have been adopted to solve this problem.
He further added: The most important discussion of the matter is the optimization of consumption, demand management and consumption management. A major part of the effort of this department is on the shoulders of dear people who cooperate so that we can solve the issue of disharmony in this area over time. The issue of non-alignment is not an issue that has been created within one or two years. Dissatisfaction is the result of years. Maybe the appropriate investments that should be made have not been made. Naturally, solving the problem of dissatisfaction also requires the passage of time.
The Minister of Oil further stated: God willing, we will be able to bring the solutions to a conclusion. Regarding the increase in fuel prices, there is currently no plan on the government’s table. Of course, this issue is beyond the structure of the Ministry of Oil and is a matter of governance.
