Members of the National Iranian Gas Company’s Contractual Dispute Resolution Board Appointed
The CEO of the National Iranian Gas Company issued separate orders appointing the main, technical, and alternate members of the National Iranian Gas Company's contractual dispute resolution board.

According to Energy Press, citing the National Iranian Gas Company, in separate rulings by Saeed Tavakoli, Hadi Rahimi-Ashtiani and Ebrahim Khalili were appointed as the main technical member of the National Iranian Gas Company’s Contractual Dispute Resolution Board, and Mehdi Heydarnejad was also appointed as the representative of the CEO and an alternate member of the National Iranian Gas Company’s Contractual Dispute Resolution Board.
The text of Tavakoli’s ruling to Hadi Rahimi-Ashtiani and Ebrahim Khalili states:
“Returning to the resolution of meeting No. 2098 dated 12/12/1403 of the esteemed Board of Directors and implementing paragraph 3-1-2, Article 3 of the Ministry of Oil’s Contractual Dispute Resolution Instruction No. 1010-20/2 dated 18/12/1400, and in view of your commitment, expertise and valuable experiences, you are hereby appointed as the “main technical member of the National Iranian Gas Company’s Contractual Dispute Resolution Board” for a period of two years.
“It is hoped that with the help of God Almighty and in the shadow of following justice and fairness, you will be successful and proud in organizing, facilitating, and expediting the process of handling disputes between the parties to the contract with the National Iranian Gas Company and its subsidiaries, and adopting an optimal approach regarding how to resolve the dispute and realize the rights of the parties.”
