Major repairs to Lavan Refinery’s gasoline unit begin

According to Energy Press, citing Lavan Oil Refining Company, Mehdi Javanmardi stated: This operation is being carried out after three years of continuous activity with the aim of improving and modernizing the equipment and devices of the gasoline production unit and observing all safety issues. After the overhaul, the gasoline production unit will be put back into production service in the shortest possible time and with the utmost care.
He emphasized: Adhering to the principles and standards of health, safety and the environment, utilizing the services of specialized and experienced personnel, performing quality work and the desired speed are among the requirements for carrying out these overhauls.
The Director of the Maintenance and Repair Department of Lavan Oil Refining Company stated that the purpose of the overhaul of this unit is to increase the level of reliability of equipment performance and maintain production capacity, provide quality products and sustainable services, and added: The aforementioned overhaul is being carried out in coordination and cooperation with all units of the Lavan Refinery. So far, in order to carry out this phase of overhaul, the work preparations, including the preparation of engineering drawings, the procurement and supply of materials, spare parts and required equipment, have been carried out with the approach of using domestic capacity and through knowledge-based companies.
