The CEO of Tavanir Company announced the increase of 6 thousand megawatts of electricity consumption in the country compared to last year.

According to Energy Press, Mustafa Rajabi Mashhadi, CEO of Tovanir Company, said: This year, we are experiencing a 38.8 percent increase in electricity consumption compared to last year, so that the rate of increase in consumption this year occurred last year on the 12th of July. In other words, we are providing a significant amount of electricity consumption almost a month earlier than last year.

He requested his compatriots to reduce their electricity consumption, in addition to receiving 2 thousand tomans savings bonus for every kilowatt hour of consumption reduction, which will be included in the electricity bills.
