Referring to the diplomacy of the Ministry of Oil in the 13th government, he said: Apart from entering the issue of offshore refineries, we have also started working on offshore petrochemicals with the efforts of experts and capable manufacturers in the country.

Regarding the export of gas condensates, the oil minister said: the sale of gas condensates was one of the concerns of this government at the beginning of its work. Unfortunately, in the previous government, we had nearly 78 million barrels of gas condensate on water. Stating that we intend to enter the value chain as much as possible by the end of the 13th government, because entering the value chain sector is unsanctionable, the oil minister said: entering these sectors will bring good currency, create jobs, prevent crude sales and realize a resistance economy. comes with
