Ilam Petrochemical Company’s $36 million conviction overturned
With the continuous efforts and follow-up of the CEO and board of directors of Ilam Petrochemical Company and the guidance of senior managers of Petrol Company, the $36 million conviction of this petrochemical company was officially overturned.
According to Energy Press, Yousef Sharifi, CEO of Ilam Petrochemical Company, said: “This success is the result of the efforts of a team of experts and lawyers who, by carefully evaluating the legal documents and reasons, were able to provide the necessary evidence to defend the rights of Ilam Petrochemical Company.”
