GECF members condemn Zionist regime’s actions against Iran

According to Energy Press, Seyyed Ali Mohammad Mousavi, on the sidelines of the 26th Ministerial Meeting of the Gas Exporting Countries (GECF) in Tehran, stated that the members of this forum are more inclined to raise issues related to the development of cooperation in the gas industry, and stated: “Nevertheless, there is a consensus among the members of the forum in condemning the attacks of the Zionist regime against the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
Referring to the emphasis of the members of the forum on strengthening cooperation in the gas industry, he said: “Given that this meeting was held after the COP 29 meeting, the speeches of the representatives of the member countries mainly addressed issues related to clean energy and the use of technologies, and coordination of the positions of the member countries on this issue was also emphasized.”
The Deputy Minister of International Affairs and Trade of the Ministry of Oil said: “The host of the next meeting of the forum next year will be determined in the second part of the meeting, which will be held this afternoon.”
