Gas consumption in Iran increased by 18% compared to last year
The CEO of Iran's National Gas Company announced that the country's gas consumption exceeded 800 million cubic meters per day.

According to Energy Press, quoted by Sada Osima news agency, Saeed Tawakli said: The gas consumption of the whole country has reached 818 million cubic meters, of which the share of the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors was 439 million cubic meters.
He added: The amount of gas consumption in the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors was 374 million on November 23 last year, but this year we have faced 65 million cubic meters of consumption, which means gas consumption has increased by about 18% compared to last year.
The CEO of the National Gas Company stated: Due to the decrease in temperature, all natural gas consumers are requested to ensure the stability of the gas supply network by optimal management of gas consumption.
