Fajr Energy saves 2 million euros in foreign exchange by supporting domestic companies
Due to the severe fluctuations in the exchange rate in the country, Fajr Energy Persian Gulf Company managed to save more than two million euros in foreign exchange by prioritizing rial contracts with domestic suppliers.

According to an exclusive report by Energy Press, Ali Zalkhani, CEO of Fajr Energy Persian Gulf Company, explained the company’s approach to supporting domestic manufacturing and developing the domestic supply chain in an interview with Energy Press.
He stated in this regard: Fajr Energy Persian Gulf Company has always sought to establish sustainable partnerships with domestic companies to provide the equipment and services it needs. We believe that by supporting domestic companies, we can help improve domestic capabilities, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
He continued: We have always tried to find companies that have the engineering capabilities and power and can meet our technical needs in manufacturing equipment and manufacturing the parts we need, even process engineering design, in a so-called commercial, technical, and operational interaction to promote and empower this part of our stakeholders and develop their capabilities. In other words, we never thought of becoming a parts manufacturer ourselves.
Zalkhani added: In this regard, Fajr Energy Persian Gulf Company has taken several measures to support domestic manufacturing over the past years. These measures include regularly holding specialized exhibitions and concluding cooperation agreements with knowledge-based companies. The company has also provided the basis for healthy competition between domestic companies by holding competitive tenders, and thus has helped reduce costs and improve product quality by concluding rial contracts.
