Fajr Energy; From air separation to desalination, a complete chain

According to the exclusive report of “Energy Press”, Ali Zalkhani, the CEO of Fajr Energy of the Persian Gulf Company, explained the company’s development plans in an exclusive interview with this media.
Pointing to the importance of developing air separation units and water desalination, he emphasized the need to complete the value chain in this field.
In this regard, Zalkhani said: We are working on various development projects at Fajar Energy Company. One of the most important projects is the development of air separation units. This development includes increasing efficiency and productivity of existing units and building new units.
He added: “Also, in order to complete the value chain, we are planning to build new desalination units simultaneously with Imam Port and Arvand.”
Zal Khani further stated: Considering the mismatch between gas production and consumption in the country and especially in the electricity supply sector, we have conducted the necessary studies in the field. We hope that with the coordination of Persian Gulf Company, this plan will be implemented in the future after approval by the board of directors.
