Emergency plan to increase daily crude oil production approved

According to Energy Press, First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref, speaking at the Economic Council meeting on Monday (July 13), said that the council, as one of the most important economic organizations in the country, should put a strategy of full preparedness on its agenda. He said: “The enemies had targeted the country’s social capital and during the 12-day war, they were confident that after the military operations on the first day, they could take the people with them on the second day. For this reason, their focus was on weakening social capital. Therefore, we must move in line with the demands and wishes of the people, because the people want a dignified life and livelihood, and the government’s efforts and actions must be organized in this direction.” He appreciated the solidarity and cohesion of the government sectors and institutions, especially the economic sectors, during the 12-day war, adding: “On the same day the war began, government meetings were held and the minutes of the economic sectors were prepared in the first meeting, and all government sectors attended work without fear of events.” We felt proud to see the minutes of the meetings of the economic departments in the first days of the war, and issues were resolved with empathy. Also, good coordination and cohesion had been established between the heads and first deputies of the three branches of government.
