Drilling of 10 wells in South Azadegan to be completed soon

According to Energy Press, citing the National Iranian Drilling Company, Mohammad Khavarinejad stated: So far, drilling and completion operations of 9 wells in the South Azadegan field have been completed and the wells will be handed over to the Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (METEN), the executor of the West Karun oilfields development project, as the employer, after being put into operation.
Stating that two drilling rigs, 43 and 74 Fateh, are currently deployed in this position, he added: Drilling rig 74 is currently drilling the tenth well as the last well of this project.
The manager of drilling projects in the West Karun oilfields at the National Iranian Drilling Company pointed out a total of 36,317 meters of drilling in this regard and stated: Based on the planning carried out and the favorable cooperation and synergy between the specialists of this company and Meten, the drilling of the tenth well will also be completed by the end of this year and will be handed over to the employer.
