Domestic gas consumption reaches record 681 million cubic meters

According to Energy Press, the Minister of Oil stated: “Due to the cold weather, domestic gas consumption increased to 681 million cubic meters per day, which was an unprecedented record.”
The remaining gas that can be produced is divided between power plants, industries, and exports.
Power plants are moving towards fuel equivalent regulation and must consume fuel in a way that compensates for the reduction in gas deliveries.
In Bahman, we delivered 52 million liters of diesel per day to power plants, which is a record in its own right.
When production exceeds unbridled consumption, an imbalance is created and we must manage demand.
