Developing young human capital in the field of HSE in the oil industry

According to Energy Press, Nasser Molaei stated today (Wednesday, November 18) at the third Process Safety Management Conference, examining and explaining the structure of the HSE field in the oil industry: The oil industry needs to plan for the development of human capital in this field.
He added: The human capital of the HSE field is the capital of youth, and this is a great opportunity for the oil industry to work on the development and empowerment of this capital.
Referring to the need for a process-based approach to the safety field, the Director General of Organization, Methods and Organizational Excellence of the Ministry of Oil said: The Organization and Methods Regulation considers the entire HSE process as a chain.
Stating that the reorganization of the organizational structure of the HSE field of the subordinate companies is on order, Molaei clarified: This reorganization will be completed for the two National Iranian Gas Companies and the National Petrochemical Industries Company by the end of this year.
