Details of the development of Iran’s oil fields with foreign investment
According to Energy Press report, Mohsen Khojstemehr, CEO of the National Iranian Oil Company, stated: As the Minister of Economy and Finance pointed out, the oil sector has a significant track record with 4.8 billion dollars of foreign investment.
He added: Currently, 7 oil fields are being developed with foreign investment.
In response to which oil fields this 4.8 billion dollars were attracted, the deputy oil minister said: Shadgan, Kopal, Aban, Paydar Gharb, Dalperi, Paydar Sharq and Cheshme Khosh fields are 7 oil fields whose investors are foreign.
The CEO of the National Iranian Oil Company stated that “we have signed oil contracts with various countries or we are in the process of negotiating to sign new oil contracts, and said that the National Iranian Oil Company welcomes the investment of all Iranian and foreign companies in oil projects and Due to the good investment capacities in this area, we expect new memorandums and contracts to be signed in the 13th government, with both domestic and foreign companies.
