Daily gas extraction from South Pars Phase 11 increased
Daily gas extraction from Phase 11 of South Pars has increased by 60 percent in the first 10 months of the 14th government, from 12 million cubic meters to 20 million cubic meters.

According to Energy Press, citing Pars Oil and Gas Company, the 21st meeting of the Joint Management Committee of the South Pars Phase 11 Development Plan was held on Monday (June 10) with the presence of Touraj Dehghani, CEO of Pars Oil and Gas Company, Hamidreza Saghafi, CEO of Petropars Company, and members of the Joint Management Committee of the South Pars Phase 11. In addition to presenting a report on the latest status of the extraction and development of Phase 11 of South Pars in the first and second phases, various topics were discussed, including the drilling status of the ninth well of the SPD11B platform, the schedule for loading and installing the well jacket at the SPD11A location, the provision of the rig and necessary drilling goods, the construction of the second deck at the SPD11A location, and the prospects for completing the project in the final phase.
In this meeting, Touraj Dehghani, CEO of Pars Oil and Gas Company, emphasized the need for continuous and ongoing meetings between Petropars Company, as the general contractor of the project, and subcontractors, including companies building offshore facilities, and said: Accurately identifying implementation bottlenecks and resolving them by injecting financial resources in a timely manner is the main condition for strengthening the subcontractors of the project. Hamidreza Saghafi, CEO of Petropars Company, also announced in this meeting that the overall progress of the project in the first phase of the development of Phase 11 of South Pars is close to 41 percent. Regarding the latest status of the construction of the well jacket at the SPD11A location, he said: At the beginning of the 14th government, the progress of the construction of this jacket was less than 35 percent, but its construction has now been completed and, if the logistics capacities and support of the construction company are released, it will be loaded and prepared for installation in the waters of the Persian Gulf within the next month.
