Daily domestic gas consumption exceeds 530 million cubic meters
Gas consumption in the domestic, commercial, and small industrial sectors increased as temperatures dropped in the second week of December, reaching a peak of 530 million cubic meters on December 12, bringing total weekly consumption to more than 3.65 billion cubic meters.

According to Energy Press, a review of the National Iranian Gas Company’s statistics on the domestic, commercial and small industries sector shows that demand in this sector has increased significantly with the decrease in temperature in the second week of Azar and the wider use of heating appliances.
On Saturday, Azar 8, the consumption of the domestic, commercial and small industries sector reached 514.50 million cubic meters, and on Azar 9, with a significant increase, it was recorded at 524.67 million cubic meters.
On Sunday, Azar 10, consumption decreased slightly and the figure was reported at 508.75 million cubic meters, but once again on Monday, Azar 11, the upward trend continued and consumption reached 526.24 million cubic meters.
On Tuesday, Azar 12, gas consumption reached its peak this week with 530.64 million cubic meters. Then on Wednesday, Azar 13, it decreased slightly and 521.93 million cubic meters were consumed. At the end of the week, Azar 14, the consumption of the domestic, commercial and small industries sector was recorded at 524.22 million cubic meters.
