Completion of 132 semi-finished oil projects in Iran
According to the report of Energy Press, in the 13th government, oil production has increased by 60%, and this increase in production has led to an increase in the export of crude oil and gas condensate up to 3 times more than the previous government. In this government, 70 million cubic meters of gas production capacity has also been added. It has resulted in more income and export value for the country.
The extraction of gas from the South Pars common field has now reached more than 700 million cubic meters per day, having taken 70% of the gas. The development and investment of 28 billion dollars to complete half-finished projects and start new oil projects have also been carried out since the beginning of the 13th government until now, and these projects have either been put into operation or their contracts have been signed.

Recently, Javad Oji – Minister of Oil, announced that 50 new and important oil projects have been defined in line with the growth of production in the 13th government, that with the implementation of these projects, in addition to added value and job creation, foreign exchange earnings will also be created and the problem of energy imbalance will be solved. will be The value of these 50 projects is 48 billion dollars, and one of these projects was the development of phase 11 of South Pars Common Field, which was delayed for 20 years with various contracts with companies such as Total, Shell, CNPC and Petronas.
Pointing out that Phase 11 of South Pars was one of the most frontier phases with a high thickness of the gas layer, he added: Considering the commonality of the South Pars field, by not taking gas from the Iranian side, Qatar had more production. In this government, with expert work and moving the platform of phase 12 to the position of phase 11, the project was put into operation about 3 years earlier with the presence of the president, and now 15 million cubic meters are harvested daily from this phase, which was harvested by drilling more wells and completing this phase. Gas reaches 50 million cubic meters per day. Meanwhile, the total gas consumption in Razavi Khorasan province is 50 million cubic meters per day.
The oil minister also pointed to the operation of South Pars Phase 14 Refinery and Abadan Refinery Phase 2 and stated that important measures were taken in oil production to increase production from 2.2 million barrels in September 1400 to 3.450 thousand barrels per day.
