Approval of conditions for issuing a special gasoline import license

Approval of conditions for issuing a special gasoline import license
The head of the Center for Improving the Business Environment announced: "The conditions for issuing a license to import special gasoline were approved at the 87th meeting of the Deregulation Board, and its import work sheet was postponed to the next meeting. Also, the work sheet for licensing online gold sales platforms will be determined soon."

According to Energy Press, Alireza Nazari, the secretary of the Deregulation Board meeting, said on the sidelines of the 87th meeting of the Deregulation Board: We reviewed the worksheet, or conditions for issuing licenses for the import of special gasoline and the distribution of special gasoline. The worksheet for importing special gasoline was approved by the Deregulation Board, but the worksheet for distributing special gasoline was returned to the Specialized Committee, given that the representatives of the Ministry of Oil presented new concepts and conclusions contrary to what was proposed in the Specialized Committee, for further review of the worksheet for distributing special gasoline.
Stating that we will hold the next meeting of the Deregulation Board in about 10 days, he said: The issue of the worksheet for distributing special gasoline will be reviewed again in the next meeting.
The Deregulation Board is the authority for recognizing licenses; the Planning Organization should obey the law
Commenting on the three-year delay of the Planning and Budget Organization in connecting to the national portal for licenses, he said: It is not acceptable for any institution to not accept the resolution of the Deregulation Board in any way, and the authority for recognizing licenses is only the Deregulation Board; However, representatives of the Planning and Budget Organization have expressed some points that this is correct in terms of form, and that is that representatives of the Planning and Budget Organization were not invited and did not attend the meeting of the Deregulation Board when, based on the resolution of this board, a task was assigned to the Planning and Budget Organization, but three years is a long time and this issue should have been addressed much earlier. He added: In the past month, with the follow-up of the national media and members of parliament, it has been decided that a specialized committee will be held next week for some agencies, including the Planning and Budget Organization. Of course, we will also obtain the advisory opinions of the Presidential Legal Office in this regard. For about the next two months, we will hold meetings for agencies that were not connected to the national licensing portal or had a formal connection, so that the law on facilitating licensing will be implemented.
