Announcement of the official selling price of Iranian oil in July

According to Energy Press, the selling prices of Iranian crude oil varieties for July 2025 were announced by the National Iranian Oil Company. According to this report, the price of a barrel of Iranian light crude oil in the markets of northwestern Europe and South Africa has been set at $2.20 per barrel above the price of North Sea Brent oil in the seventh month, a significant increase compared to the previous month. Also, “heavy crude oil” and “light oil” are being offered in these markets at 40 and 50 cents above the Brent index, respectively. This is while in previous months, the prices of Iranian crude oil varieties in these markets were priced slightly below the price of Brent oil.
In the Mediterranean market, Iranian light oil is also being offered at about $2 per barrel above the Brent index; light oil, at the same price as Brent oil, and Iranian heavy oil is priced 15 cents below this index.
