An increase of 6.7 million cubic meters of gas delivered to the network

According to Energy Press, Mohsen Paknejad said today (Wednesday, November 27) on the sidelines of a cabinet meeting in response to the question of whether energy carriers are going to have a price increase: “Basically, no decision has been made so far regarding the price increase of energy carriers. This is a general rule, I emphasize that no decision has been made in this regard so far.” Emphasizing that the decision regarding the increase in fuel prices is not within the scope of the Ministry of Oil’s authority, he said: “The decision in this matter should be made at the government level and, as the case may be, it may be necessary to obtain permits from other governing bodies.” Referring to the measures and arrangements of the ministry for the supply of winter fuel, the Minister of Oil stated: “Every year, as the weather gets colder in the winter, gas consumption naturally increases in the domestic and commercial sectors; With the efforts we have made, gas production has increased and the amount of gas delivered to the network has increased to about 6.7 million cubic meters per day. Naturally, with this increase in production, we must seek to manage gas delivery to industries and power plants.
