Air pollution is caused by gasoline consumption

According to Energy Press, Jafar Salari Nesab, referring to the distribution of Super gasoline in the country, said: “The gasoline that is distributed is Euro, and it almost has the characteristics of Euro gasoline in terms of quality and octane number, in all metropolitan cities, especially in Tehran.” Euro gasoline is distributed with the best quality.
Referring to the quality of distributed gasoline in Tehran, he said: The Standard Organization has a special control over distributed gasoline both in the refinery and at stations, and if it comes to the conclusion that the quality is not suitable, it will take immediate action and stop the distribution of gasoline.
The CEO of the National Oil Products Distribution Company emphasized that there is no problem in the field of gasoline quality in Tehran and stated: In the current situation, the demand and consumption are high and it is necessary for people to comply. This applies to the automotive industry.

Stating that Super gasoline is currently distributed in some stations, Salari Naseb said: The quality of Euro gasoline is no different from Super gasoline, the octane of Super gasoline is around 94 and Euro gasoline is 92.
Regarding the gasoline shortage, he said: About 110 milliliters of gasoline are distributed in the country, we have an acceptable reserve and there is no problem.
The CEO of the National Oil Products Distribution Company, in response to the question of what is being done to meet import needs, said: All quantities are received from refineries, and the quality of gasoline is not a problem, and there is a special supervision of gasoline by the standards organization.
